介绍了一种专用卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机在高浓度二氧化钛分级处理中的应用。着重介绍了专用卧螺离心机的工作原理和结构特点,以及转鼓转速、液层深度、差转速等工艺参数对分级效果的影响,找到了最佳的运行工艺参数,使得专用卧螺离心机在高浓度二氧化钛的分级处理过程中发挥更好的分级效果。
The application of a special horizontal decanter centrifuge in the classification of high concentration TiO2 was introduced. The operational principle and structural characteristics were described mainly, as well as the influence of technolog- ical parameters on classification effect, such as drum rotational speed, depth of liquid layer and differential speed. The optimum running process parameters were found, which made the special horizontal decanter centrifuge having better effect in the classi- fication of high concentration TiO2.
