摘要
由于使用工况特殊,现场对JYL90×25型机油滤清器在额定流量下的初始压损提出了更高的要求,但流量压降试验结果发现现有滤清器结构无法满足实际要求,利用CFD技术对滤清器进行流体仿真,明确了压损产生部位,优化流道结构,最后通过试验验证优化结果,试验证明优化后流道得到明显改善,有效地控制了滤清器压损。
Because of the special working conditions, higher requirements were put forward for the initial pressure loss of JYL90x25 oil filter at rated flow. Flow pressure drop test results showed that the existing filter structure could not meet the ac- tual requirements. Fluid simulation was carried out based on the experimental data and CFD technology, the location of the pressure loss was defined and the flow passage structure was optimized. Finally, the optimization results were verified by experi- ments, the optimized runner was obviously improved and the pressure loss of the filter was effectively controlled.
