摘要 教师素质是影响教育成效的直接因素.同时数学是基础学科,对其它学科的发展有很大的影响.所以,对数学教师素质结构的研究是非常必要和重要的.首先建立了数学教师素质结构的层次结构模型,之后采用调查问卷的方式,运用层次分析法得出思想政治素质、职业道德素质、教学业务素质、良好的身心素质和职业技能素质的权重大小,同时又对每一种素质的4个方面进行分析,最后对20项二级指标进行权重总排序,得到数学教师应被重视的素质,以便更好地进行教学活动. The quality of teachers was the direct factor that affects the effectiveness of education. At the same time, mathematics was a basic subject, which had a great influence on the development of other subjects. So, it was very necessary and important to study the quality structure of mathematics teachers. Firstly, the hierarchical structure model of the quality structure of mathematics teachers was established, and then the questionnaire was adopted. Using the method of AHP, we got the weights of political quality, occupation moral quality, teaching quality, physical psychological quality, and occupation skills quality. We analyzed the four aspects of each quality, arranged the 20 indicators by the weights. Finally, in order to better carry out teaching activities, we got the important qualities of mathematics teachers which should be paid more attention.
