摘要
目的:探讨不同功能程度孤独症儿童与血锌、血铜水平的关系。方法:选取30例不同功能程度儿童孤独症患儿作为病例组,同时选取同性别、同年龄的健康儿童30例作为对照组,抽取全血测定血锌和血铜的含量,并测定其血锌、血铜及锌/铜比例的水平,采用儿童孤独症行为量表(Autism Behavior Checklist,ABC)对病例组的症状进行评估。结果:孤独症患儿血锌水平低于正常对照组(P<0.05),血锌与儿童孤独症行为量表的得分水平负相关(r=-0.46,P<0.05);孤独症患儿血铜水平高于正常对照组(P<0.05),血铜水平与儿童孤独症行为量表的得分正相关(r=0.43,P<0.05);血锌/铜值低于正常对照组(P<0.05),儿童孤独症行为量表的得分血与锌/铜比例水平呈负相关(r=-0.54,P<0.05)。结论:孤独症儿童血锌水平较低,血铜较高,锌/铜比例下降,三者与孤独症患儿症状的严重程度相关。
Objective: To analyze blood levels of trace elements zinc and copper in children with autism and correlate these levels with symptom severity. Methods: Plasma from 30 autistic individuals and 30 healthy children( controls) were enrolled in this study. The blood levels of trace elements( zinc and copper) were detected. Copper and zinc levels and Cu/Zn were analyzed for possible correlation with severity of autism symptoms by using Autism Behavior Checklist( ABC). Results: Compared with control group,the blood levels of zinc in case group were significantly lower( P〈0. 05),the blood level of zinc was positive correlated with the scores of ABC( r =-0. 46,P〈0. 05); Compared with control group,the blood levels of copper in case group were higher( P〈0. 05),the blood level of copper was negative correlated with the scores of ABC( r = 0. 43,P〈0. 05); Compared with control group,Zn/Cu in case group were lower( P〈0. 05),Zn/Cu was positive correlated with the scores of ABC( r =-0. 54,P〈0. 05). Conclusions: The blood levels of zinc and Zn/Cu were lower,and level of copper were higher in autism children,and suggest an association between plasma Cu/Zn and severity of symptoms associated with autism.
