城乡发展一体化背景下新城区社区教育路径探索——以大连金普新区为例

Exploration on Community Education Paths in New Urban Areas Under the Background of Integration of Urban and Rural Development——Taking Jinpu New Area in Dalian as an Example

城乡发展一体化战略使中国涌现出一批地域范围更大、域间距离更远、涵盖农民更多的新城区,社区教育工作也面临新的挑战。通过分析城市化进程中新城区社区教育存在的问题,从政府职能、经费投入、师资队伍、课程建设、整合资源、数字化学习等方面进行探索,以期为新城区社区教育的发展提供新的路径及策略。

By implementing the strategy of integrating urban and rural development, a sea of more extensive, more distant urban areas covering more peasants emerges in China, posing new challenges to community education. The article analyzes the problems oc- curred during the urbanization, and it explores the development paths and strategies from such aspects as government function, fund in- put, teaching staff, curriculum construction, resouce integration and digitalized learning, etc.
