Major and industrial chain docking is a complex system. It is needed to play a self organizing force to promote innova- tion. This paper analyzes the self-organization conditions, mechanism and system of the connection between the major and industrial chain and puts forward the strategies for the selection of the industry chain, the establishment and operation of the major teachers＇ team, and the guarantee of the professional operation to find the road of the development and creation of Higher Vocational Education.
