摘要
目的研究赤小豆Vigna umbellata Ohwi et Ohashi的化学成分。方法赤小豆80%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS柱进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据和理化性质鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为儿茶素(1)、表儿茶素(2)、3-羟甲基呋喃葡萄糖苷(3)、杨梅素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、槲皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、儿茶素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、儿茶素-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、槲皮素-3'-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(8)、(±)二氢槲皮素(9)、槲皮素(10)、没食子酸乙酯(11)、丙二醇(12)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分得,化合物4、8、9、11、12为首次从豇豆属植物中分得。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from Vigrta umbellata Ohwi et Ohashi. METHODS The ethyl acetate fraction of 80% ethanol extract from V. umbellata was isolated and purified by silica, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS column, then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by spectral data and physico- chemical properties. RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated and elucidated as ( + ) catechin (1) , ( - ) epicatechin (2), 3-furanmethanol-β-D-glacopyranoside (3), myricetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), quercetin- 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), ( + ) catechin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), ( + ) catechin-5-O-β-D-glucopyr- anoside (7), quercetin-3'-O-α-L-rhamnoside (8), ( ± ) dihydroquercetin (9), (11), propanediol (12). CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from and compounds 4, 8, 9, 11, 12 are first obtained from genus Vigna. quercetin ( 10), ethyl gallate V. umbellata for the first time,
