摘要
目的:研究壮药玉郎伞(YLS)石油醚萃取部位的化学成分及晶体结构。方法:应用萃取、硅胶柱层析色谱和重结晶等技术进行分离纯化,利用傅里叶红外变换光谱(IR),核磁共振氢谱(1 H NMR)、碳谱(13 C NMR)和X-射线单晶衍射等方法对化合物的结构进行了鉴定。结果:从YLS石油醚萃取部位中分离得到7个成分,对其中2个产率较高的成分做了结构鉴定,分别为Pongamol和Karanjin,并首次对YLS中分离得到的Karanjin进行晶体结构表征,该成分晶体属单斜晶系(m),空间群P2(1)/n,晶体学参数:a=7.186 5(6),b=11.257 1(9),c=17.484 1(14),α=γ=90°,β=100.652 0(10)°,Z=4,V=1 390.1(2)3,Dc=1.397mg·m-3,!(MoKα)=0.099mm-1,F(000)=608,R1=0.05,wR2=0.12。结论:本研究首次对YLS石油醚萃取部位进行化学成分研究,为进一步探究YLS的化学成分及药理活性提供了科学依据。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents and crystal structure of petroleum ether extracts of Millettia pulchra Kurz var. laxior (Dunn) Z. Wei (yulangsan, YLS). Methods:The constituents were isolated and purified by extraction, column chromatography and reerystal, and identified by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and crystal X-ray diffraction. Results:Seven compounds were isolated from petroleum ether extracts of YLS and two of them were identified as pongamol and karanjin. Moreover, we characterized the crystal structure of karanjin which was isolated from petroleum ether extracts of YLS for the first time. The compound was monoclinic, P2 (1)/n, a=7. 1865(6) A, b=11. 2571(9) A, c=17. 4841(14) A, a=γ =90°,β=100.6520(10)°, Z=4, V=1390.1 (2) A3, Dc=1.397 Mg· m -3, μ(MoKa)=0.099 mm -1, F (000) =608, R1 = 0.05, wR2 =0.12. Conclusion: The study was the first report to research the chemical constituents of petroleum ether extracts of YLS, and provides crystal structure characteristics for exploring the chemical constituents and pharmacological activity of YLS.
