摘要
介绍了仓储过程中存储温度对浸润剂性能的影响,讨论了浸润剂小循环罐温度升高的原因,分析了主次因素,从多方面考虑了因素控制方案,分析了其中利弊,找到了降低浸润剂温度的方法。最后认为,根本上解决浸润剂温度高的方法就是控制涂油辊表面温度,降低浸润剂的进回温差。
The author analyzed the major and minor factors causing the temperature rise of sizing agent in the sump tank, considered controlling means from a number of aspects, and finally found a method to reduce the temperature of sizing agent. It is concluded that the way of essentially solving the high tempersature of sizing agent is to control the surface temperature of size applicating rolls and to reduce the temperature difference between the feeding and re- turning sizing agent.
