摘要
在对高压环氧管道缠绕成型工艺及高压管道性能研究的基础上,深入分析管道较为关键的4项重要指标及其影响因素。研究表明影响管道力学性能除了与玻璃纤维与树脂的浸透性外,界面结合性能影响较大,同时玻璃纤维的成形和使用工艺性对管道缠绕工艺有很大影响。该研究为浸润剂配方及玻璃纤维的改进提供理论支持。
Based on the study of filament winding process for making high pressure epoxy pipes and the pipe per- formances ,4 critical performance quotas and their affecting factors were deeply analyzed. The study has shown that in addition to the wet-out of glass fiber in resin, the interfacial bond between glass fiber and resin has a significant influence on the mechanical properties of the pipe, and the forming process and processability of glass fiber affect much on the pipe winding process. This paper provides theoretical support for the improvement of glass fiber and its sizing.
