摘要
指出了现有测试手段在对玻璃纤维密度测试方面的局限性,分析了比重瓶法测试玻璃纤维密度的机理和详细步骤,采用比重瓶法测试了无碱玻璃纤维、中碱玻璃纤维和玄武岩纤维的密度。测试结果显示,使用比重瓶法测定玻璃纤维密度结果稳定,偏差较小,比较适宜用作测试玻璃纤维密度的方法标准。
The limitation in glass fiber density testing is pointed out, and thus the mechanism and detailed steps of testing glass fiber density by pyenometer method are proposed. This method was used to determine the density of E- glass fiber, C-glass fiber and basalt fiber, which proved that pycnometer method exhibited stable results, less devia- tion and better suitability for use as a method standard for testing glass fiber density .
