摘要
以咔唑为母体,合成了(E)-4-(N-乙基咔唑-3-甲亚胺基)-安替比林希夫碱(R1)和2-氨基-3-(E)-(N-对苯甲基咔唑基-甲亚胺基)-马来腈席夫碱(R2).利用CCD、~1HNMR、MS、HFT-IR等对产物进行了表征.X-射线单晶衍射表明:R1晶体属单斜晶系,P2(1)/n空间群,晶胞参数a=10.538(3),b=18.350(6),c=11.122(3);α=90°,β=97.067(7)°,γ=90°,Z=4.R2晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P-1(2),a=91.542(3),b=92.884(2),c=113.576(2);α=11.367(2)°,β=11.367(2)°,γ=13.754(3)°,Z=4.R1和R2最大吸收波长分别为λ_(max)=396.1 nm和λ_(max)=351.1 nm.R1吸收荧光发射波长(甲醇溶液)为458.7 cm.
In this paper,The( E)-4-(( 9-ethyl-9H-carbazol-3-yl) methyleneamino)-2,3-dimethyl-1-phenyl-1,2-dihydropyrazol-5-one( R1) and 2-amino-3-(( E)-( 9-p-tolyl-9H-carbazol-3-yl) methyleneamino) maleonitrile( R2) have been synthesized by raw carbazole. They have been characterized by ~1HNMR,HFT-IR,UVVis spectra and X-ray diffraction single crystal analysis and the fluorescence property of the compounds were investigated. The results showed that the crystal of R1 belongs to monoclinic system,P2( 1)/n space group,with the cell parameters a = 10. 538( 3) ,b = 18. 350( 6) ,c = 11. 122( 3) ; α = 90 °,β = 97. 067( 7) °,γ = 90 °,Z = 4. The crystal of R2 belongs to triclinic system,P-1( 2) space group. The cell parameter a = 91. 542( 3) ,b = 92. 884( 2) ,c = 113. 576( 2) ; α = 11. 367( 2) °,β = 11. 367( 2) °,γ = 13. 754( 3) °,Z = 4. The absorption wavelength of R1 and R2 are 396. 1 cm in DMF solution and 351. 1cm in methanol solution,respectively. The fluorescence emission of the R1 is 458. 7 cm in methanol solution.
