摘要
为提高工业作业效率,减少高危、粉尘环境对人体的伤害,设计了一款以MC9S12XS128单片机为核心处理器的物料搬运机器人。该机器人通过灰度传感器与三轴数字罗盘IC-HMC5883L共同作用使机器人按照预定的引导线前进。超声波测距传感器(KS103)使用I^2C串口接口与主机通信,帮助机器人躲避前方的障碍物。机器人配备了语音模块(BMP5008)与WiFi图传模块以便操作人员能够对机器人的运作情况及周围环境进行实时监控。实验证明,该机器人能够较好地完成循迹与物品的搬运,提高了作业的效率与工人工作的安全性。
In order to improve the efficiency of industrial operation and reduce the harm to the human body in the high risk and dust environment,a material handling robot is designed based on MC9S12XS128 MCU.The robot makes use of the gray sensor and the three axis digital compass ICHMC5883 Lto make the robot move according to the predetermined guide line.Ultrasonic ranging sensor(KS103)uses the I^2C serial interface to communicate with the host computer,and help the robot to avoid obstacles in front of it.In order to better reflect the interactivity of the robot,the robot is equipped with voice module(BMP5008)and WiFi image transmission module so that the operator can conduct real-time monitoring and operation of mobile robot's surrounding environment.Experiments show that the robot can accomplish better tracking and goods handling,and improve the safety of operation and efficiency of workers.
