人体成分分析在体重管理单纯肥胖患者中的应用效果 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨人体成分分析在体重管理单纯肥胖患者中的应用效果。方法前瞻性地纳入2015年1月~2016年1月在唐山市工人医院营养治疗科治疗的单纯性肥胖者70例,利用BIA法进行人体成分分析,根据身体成分、肌肉脂肪、腹部脂肪等综合分析后采用非药物标准型营养干预进行体重管理3个月,再此期间通过个性化饮食指导、运动指导、互动指导以及心理行为指导对实验对象综合干预,分别检测并比较干预前和干预后3个月体重指标:胸围、腰围、臀围、体重、体重指数;人体成分指标:基础代谢率、脂肪率、去脂体重指数、身体水分、肌肉量、总能量消耗。结果与管理前比较,体重管理3个月后的胸围、腰围、臀围、体重以及体重指数均显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与管理前比较,体重管理3个月后肌肉量增加,基础代谢升高,总能量消耗增加,去脂体重指数增加,脂肪率降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与管理前比较,体重管理3个月后身体水分量无明显降低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论体重管理能有效降低单纯性肥胖患者体重,提高单纯性肥胖患者基础代谢、增强机体总能量消耗、提高去脂体重指数、肌肉量、保证身体水分量,降低脂肪率。 Objective To detect the effect of the weight management by the human body composition analysis in patients with simple obesity.Methods 70 patients with simple obesity were collected from January 2015 to January 2016 during the treatment of nutritional therapy in Tangshan Gongren Hospital prospectively,which the body composition was analyzed by BIA method,and according to the comprehensive analysis of body composition,muscle fat,abdominal fat after using non drug standard nutrition intervention the obesity were been intervened by the weight management for 3 months, and the patients were personalized dietary guidance,exercise guidance,interactive guidance and psychological behavior guidance on experimental object comprehensive weight loss intervention.The weight index were detected and compared before and after intervention:chest circumference and waist,hip circumference,body weight,body weight index; body composition index:basal metabolic rate and fat yield,fat free mass index,body moisture,muscle mass,total energy con- sumption.Results After the management for 3 months,all of the chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,body weight and body mass index were significantly decreased than before (P〈0.05).After the management for 3 months, the muscle mass,the basal metabolism,the total energy consumption and the fat free mass index were increased (P〈0.05); the fat rate was decreased significantly (P〈0.05).And there was no significant difference in body moisture (p〉o.05). Conclusion Weight management can effectively reduce the weight of obesity,and improve the basic metabolism,the total energy consumption,lean muscle mass,body mass index,and maintain the body moisture,and reduce the fat rate.
