大剂量布地奈德联合特布他林治疗哮喘急性发作期效果、对肺功能的影响及其安全性

Effect of high dose Budesonide combined with Terbutaline treating acute attack of asthma and its influence on pulmonary function and safety

目的探讨大剂量布地奈德联合特布他林治疗哮喘急性发作期的效果、对肺功能的影响及安全性。方法选取我院2015年4月~2017年3月收治的哮喘急性发作患者62例作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各31例。对照组给予常规大剂量布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组给予大剂量布地奈德联合特布他林雾化治疗。比较两组患者的肺功能指标(用力肺活量、第1秒末用力呼气容积及其占预计值百分比)、不良反应发生情况以及治疗总有效率。结果观察组的临床症状消失时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的用力肺活量、第1秒末用力呼气容积及其占预计值百分比均较治疗前有改善,但观察组患者显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗过程中以及治疗后均未出现不良反应;观察组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大剂量布地奈德联合特布他林治疗哮喘急性发作能够明显改善患者的肺功能状态,减少不良反应,改善医患关系,最终提升治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of high dose Budesonide combined with Terbutaline treating acute attack of asthma and its influence on pulmonary function and safety.Methods 62 cases with acute attack of asthma treated in our hospital from April 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,and each group had 31 cases.The control group was given conventional high dose Budesonide inhalation treatment,and the observation group was treated with high dose Budesonide combined with Terbutaline atomization.The lung function indexes （forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in the first second and percentage of predicted value）,adverse reactions and the total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Resuits The disappeared time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;the patients in the observation group at the end of the first second forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume and percentage of predicted values were compared with before treatment had improved,but the pa!ients in the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.There was no adverse reaction during treatment and after treatment in the two groups.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0 05）.Conclusion High dose Budesonide combined with Terbutaline treating acute attack of asthma can significantly improve the pulmonary function of patients,reduce adverse reactions,improve the relationship between doctors and patients,and ultimately improve the therapeutic effect.
