银杏叶提取物片对鼻咽癌放疗患者听力受损的影响

Effect of Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Tablets on hearing in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy

目的探讨银杏叶提取物片对鼻咽癌放疗患者听力受损的影响。方法选择我院2013年12月~2016年12月收治的鼻咽癌放疗患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。两组均给予鼻咽癌放疗,观察组同时给予银杏叶提取物片治疗。两组患者均连续治疗3个月,观察两组放疗前后听力受损情况。结果观察组听力改善总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组放疗前气导听阈值、中耳压力(MEP)分别和对照组放疗前气导听阈值、MEP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组放疗后气导听阈值低于对照组放疗后气导听阈值,观察组放疗后MEP高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物片能够降低鼻咽癌放疗期间中内耳损伤程度,效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Tablets on complications and hearing loss in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing radiotherapy.Methods 60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by radiotherapy were selected from December 2013 to December 2016,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 patients in each group.The two groups were given radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma,while the observation group was treated with Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Tablets at the same time.The two groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The hearing loss in two groups were observed before and after radiotherapy.Results The total effective rate of hearing improvement in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The air conduction hearing threshold, middle ear pressure respectively in the observation group before radiotherapy were compare with those in the control group before radiotherapy,the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）;the air conduction hearing threshold in the observation group after radiotherapy was lower than the control group after radiotherapy,the middle ear pressure pressure in the observation group after radiotherapy was higher than the control group after radiotherapy,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Tablets can reduce the degree of middle ear injury during nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy,and the effect is significant.
