吴茱萸穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆治疗失眠的效果观察

Effect observation of Fructus Evodiae acupoint sticking combined with auricular point pressing in treating insomnia

目的观察吴茱萸穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆对失眠患者的治疗效果。方法选择2016年8月~2017年4月入住我院脑病科的失眠患者40例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组服用舒乐安定治疗,观察组给予吴茱萸贴敷涌泉穴联合耳穴压豆治疗。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表对患者治疗前后的睡眠质量进行评定,观察两组患者的临床效果及治疗期间发生不良反应情况。结果治疗后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗失眠总有效率为90%,高于对照组的75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组1例患者发生不良反应,对照组10例患者发生不良反应,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吴茱萸穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆对失眠的治疗效果显著,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the treatment effect of Fructus Evodiae acupoint sticking combined with auricular plaster therapy on patients with insomnia.Methods From August 2016 to April 2017,40 cases of insomnia patients in Department of Encephalopathy of our Hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given Estazolam for treatment,and the observation group was given Fructus Evodiae Yongquan aeupoint sticking combined with auricular point compression.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale was used to evaluated the quality of sleep before and after treatment;treatment effect and adverse reactions during treatment of patients in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,Pittsburgh sleep quality index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;the effective rate of the observation group was 90%,was higher than that of the control group higher than 75% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;there was 1 case of adverse reactions in the observation group,and 10 cases in the control group duringthe treatment,there was statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of Fructus Evodiae aeupoint sticking combined with auricular point pressing for the treatment of insomnia has a definite effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
