中西联合疗法治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的临床效果

Clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treating chronic skin ulcer

目的观察中西医联合疗法治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的临床效果。方法选取2014年8月~2016年8月在我科门诊就诊的160例慢性皮肤溃疡患者,将其分随机为对照组与治疗组,各80例。两组患者均使用常规西药治疗,在此基础上,治疗组加服中药汤剂治疗。观察比较治疗后皮肤创面的愈合率及中医证候积分,评价疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组患者的治愈率为38.75%,总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组患者的治愈率(20.00%)和总有效率(72.25%);患者的平均创面愈合率为(61.32±12.41)%,显著高于对照组的(48.95±8.19)%;痊愈患者的平均创面愈合时间为(18.65±3.14)d,明显短于对照组的(27.32±5.63)d;患者的平均中医证候积分为(1.04±0.08)分,明显低于对照组的(2.93±0.46)分;随访半年内治愈患者,治疗组的复发率为6.75%,显著低于对照组(21.25%),以上所有差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医联合疗法治疗慢性皮肤溃疡可有效提高治愈率,缓解患者的临床症状,是一种有效的临床治疗方法。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of combination therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic skin ulcer.Methods 160 cases with chronic skin ulcer treated in our outpatient ofour department from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group and each group had 80 cases.All patients were given conventional western medicine treatment.On this basis,the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine decoction additionally.The skin wound healing rate and symptom integral would be observed after treatment.Then the curative effect would be evaluated.Results After treat merit,the cure rate of treatment group was 38.75%,and total effective rate was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than the control group （20.00%,72.25%）.The average wound healing rate significantly higher than the treatment group was （61.32±12.41） %,which was significantly higher than the control group [（48.95±8.19）%].The average wound healing time of healed patients was （18.65±3.14） days in the treatment group,which was significantly shorter than that of the control group [（27.32±5.63） d].Compared with the control group [（2.93±0.46） points],the patients＇ average of TCM symptom score of treatment group [（1.04±0.08） points] was decreased obviously.The recurrence rate of treatment group from cure patients in half a year was 6.75%,which was significantly lower than the control group （21.25%）.All the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination therapy of Chinese and western medicine is applied to treat chronic skin ulcer, which can effectively improve the cure rate and relieve the patients＇ clinical symptoms.It is an effective method for clinical treatment.
