柯氏评估模型在评价护生临床教育阶段性效果中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析柯氏评估模型在护生的临床教育效果评估中的应用情况,提高教学质量。方法选择2016年1~12月我院临床护理实习生76名作为研究对象,根据柯氏四级评估模型,采用德尔菲专家函询法设计调查问卷,拟定4个层面12条项目对临床护理实习生的学习情况分两阶段进行调查。结果根据两个阶段的调查显示,第二阶段各层面得分比第一阶段有不同程度的增加,其中反应层、行为层得分率均超过10%,两个阶段各层次两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柯氏评估模型能够真实反映护理实习生实习过程中所存在的问题,带教老师通过调整教学方案,有效提高教学质量。 Objective To analyze the application situation of Kirkpatrick's assessment model to evaluate the clinical ed- ucation of nurse student and improve the quality of teaching.Methods 76 clinical nursing interns from January to December 2016 were collected,according to Kirkpatrick's 4 levels evaluation model,using Delphi expert enquiry for ques-tionnaire design,drawing up 4 levels 12 items for clinical nursing internship two stages of learning situation investigation. Results According to the two stages survey,scores of different levels of the second stage were increased than the first stage,and the reaction layer,behavior layer ever was more than 10%,two stages at all levels had statistical significances (P〈 0.05).Conclusion Kirkpatrick's assessment model can reflect the nursing student practice the problems in the process, with the teacher by adjusting the teaching plan,effectively improve the teaching quality.
