健康教育护理模式在老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者中的临床效果

Clinical efficacy of healthy education care model in eldly patients with osteoporosis hip fracture

目的探讨健康教育护理模式应用在老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折中的效果,探讨其应用价值。方法选取2014年1月1日~2016年1月1日在我院接受治疗的70例老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者,将其按照国际字母表法随机分为对照组(n=35)与观察组(n=35),对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予健康教育护理模式,比较两组患者髋关节WOMAC评分疾病、复发率、护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者WOMAC评分结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组WOMAC评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者疾病复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折护理中实施健康教育能够明显改善患者的髋关节WOMAC总评分、提高护理满意度,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of healthy education care model in old patients with osteoporosis hip fracture, and to explore its application value.Methods 70 eldly patients with osteoporosis hip fracture in our hospital from January 1^st 2014 to January 1^st 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into the control group （n=35） and the observation group （n=35） by the international alphabet were divided.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given health education care mode.The WOMAC score,recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences of WOMAC scores between two groups （P〉0.05）;after nursing, the WOMAC scores in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences of recurrence rate between two groups （P〉0.05）.The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Health education in elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fracture can significantly improve the total WOMAC score of the hip joint, reduce the recurrence rate of fracture and improve the nursing satisfaction, and it is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.
