人性化护理干预联合自拟四子散热敷双肺腧穴在小儿肺炎患者中的应用效果

Efficacy of humanized nursing intervention combined with hot dressing acupoint on two lungs with Seedspowder in children with infantile pneumonia

目的探讨人性化护理干预对自拟四子散热敷双肺腧穴治疗小儿肺炎临床疗效的影响。方法选取2016年1~12月于我院住院治疗的84例小儿肺炎,均予阿奇霉素抗炎以及平喘、止咳、雾化、退热等治疗方式,同时加用中药四子散热敷双肺腧穴治疗。依据随机数据表法进行分组,每组42例,对照组采取常规对症护理,观察组实施人性化护理干预措施,比较两组患儿治疗和护理后的临床疗效,以及两组患儿的体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间、喘息消失时间、啰音消失时间及两组患儿家属对护理人员的工作满意度。结果观察组患儿总有效率(96%)高于对照组(78%),体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间、喘息消失时间、啰音消失时间均短于对照组,观察组患儿家属护理满意度(98%)高于对照组(70%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿肺炎患儿,在积极应用四子散热敷双肺腧穴治疗的同时,采取人性化护理干预可以显著提高临床疗效,改善临床症状,提高患儿家属对护理人员的工作满意度,从而有利于患儿疾病的尽早康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of humanized nursing intervention on the therapeutic effect of five children with heat preservation and lung acupoints on children pneumonia.Methods 84 cases of pediatric pneumonia treated in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected.Two groups were all treated with Azithromycin antiinflammatory and an.titussive and antiasthmatic and atomization,antipyretic therapy,combined with hot dressing acupoint on two lungs with Seedspowder.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given the humanized nursing intervention.The total effective rate,body temperature returned to normal time,the disappearance time of cough,wheezing and tale,the nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation （96%） was higher than that in the control group （78%）,the body temperature returned to normal time,the disappearance time of cough,wheezing and rale were shorter than those in the control group,the nursing satisfaction （98%） was higher than that in the control group （70%）,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈O.O5）.Conclusion In children with pneumonia,humanized nursing intervention combined with hot dressing acupoint on two lungs with Seedspowder can significantly increase the clinical efficacy,improve the clinical symptoms,enhance the children＇s family on nursing satisfaction,which is conducive to disease recovery as soon as possible.
