摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径对支气管哮喘患者实施健康教育的效果。方法选取2010年1月~2016年12月我院确诊收治的30例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(n=15)和对照组(n=15)两组。对照组按传统方式实施健康教育,观察组则应用临床路径的方式对患者实施健康教育。观察对比两组患者疾病相关知识和技能的掌握率、遵医行为和护理满意度。结果观察组患者疾病相关知识和技能掌握率(87.5%)、遵医行为(87.5%)和护理满率度(93.8%)高于对照组(73.3%、66.7%、93.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用临床护理路径对支气管哮喘患者实施健康教育,可显著提高患者的健康教育效果,加强护患沟通,对提高护理质量和患者满意度等方面均有积极作用。
Objective To explore the efficacy of applying clinical nursing pathway on health education in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 30 patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2016 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into the observation group (n=16) and the control group (n=15).The control group was given health education in a traditional way,while the observation group was given health education by the clinical pathway.The rate of mastering related knowledge and skills on the disease,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The rate of mastering related knowledge and skills on the disease,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group (87.5%,87.5%,93.8%) were higher than those in the control group (73.3%,66.7%,93.8%),and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway to health education in patients with bronchial asthma can significantly enhance the health education effect,strengthen the communication between nurse and patient,and play positive roles in improving the nursing quality and patient's satisfaction.
