Dynamic Analysis of Five Heavy Metal for Qianxinan Tea

摘要 采用原子吸收光谱法和荧光光谱法,对晴隆和七舍春、夏、秋三个季节的茶叶中Cu、Cd、Pd、Hg和As五种重金属进行分析,研究了分析测定条件和建立了分析测定的方法,方法检出限在5.47~26.7ng/L范围内,采用加标浓度为2.50μg/kg和25.0μg/kg进行考查,五种重金属的加标回收率在86.7~108%之间,RSD小于2.0%,方法准确、简单快速。经长期动态监测,茶叶质量良好,各样品重金属含量均远低于国家标准。 Cu, Cd, Pd, Hg, and As were analyzed by atomic absorption spectroscopy, and fluorescence spectroscopy for Qinglong, and Qishe tea in spring, summer, and autumn season. The analytical conditions and analysis method were developed for the determi- nation, the limits of detection ranged from 5.47 to 26.7 ng/L. The spiked concentration is 2.50 μg/kg, and 25.0 μg/kg, respectively, the recoveries for the heavy metals ranged from 86.7% to 108%, and the relative standard deviation (RSDs) were less than 2.0%. The proposed method is accurate, simple and rapid for the analysis of trace heavy metals in tea samples. The tea quality is good for which the heavy metal content were much lower than national standards for long-term dynamic monitoring.
