优质护理模式应用子宫肌瘤手术患者的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of High Quality Nursing Mode In Patients with Uterine Fibroids

目的:探析优质护理模式运用在子宫肌瘤手术患者中的临床效果。方法:选择2014年4月-2015年4月期间本院收治的子宫肌瘤行腹腔镜手术患者180例为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各90例。两组患者均在全麻下行腹腔镜肌瘤剔除术或腹腔镜子宫切除术,其中对照组给予一般护理,而观察组则运用优质护理模式,对两组的护理效果进行比较分析。结果:两组均顺利完成手术,与对照组比较,观察组的术后并发症发生率较低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,两组的术后肛门排气、术中出血量、住院时间以及术后体温恢复时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相对照组而言,观察组的护理满意度和生活质量评分均较高,两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上给予子宫肌瘤手术患者优质护理模式,可以获得令人满意的效果,具有推广价值。

Objective： To explore the high quality nursing mode used in the clinical effect of uterine flesh turnout surgery patients.Method： From April 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital 180 patients with uterine fibroids operation as the research objects, they were divided into two groups according the randomly number table method, 90 cases in each group.The control group was given general nursing, while the observation group was given high quality nursing mode, the nursing effects of two groups were compared and analysed.Result： Two groups were successfully completed surgery, compared with the control group, the observation group the incidence of postoperative complications was low, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .At the same time, two groups of postoperative anal exhaust, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay and postoperative recovery time temperature difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Compared with the control group, the observation group of nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores were higher, the differences were significantly significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： High quality nursing care to patients for uterine fibroids clinical patterns, can obtain satisfactory effect, it has the promotion value.
