心理护理干预对高龄初产妇产前不良心理状态及护理满意度的影响

Effect of Psychological Intervention on Psychological State and Nursing Satisfaction of Elderly Antenatal Primipara

目的:分析心理护理干预对高龄初产妇产前不良心理状态及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2014年3月-2016年1月在本院住院待产的高龄初产妇200例作为研究对象,按照护理方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组选择常规产前指导,观察组在常规产前指导的同时,加强心理护理干预,对两组护理干预效果进行观察比较。结果:住院时,两组SDS、SAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组临产时SDS、SAS评分均显著低于住院时(P<0.05),而且观察组SDS、SAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。在剖宫产率以及产科并发症发生率方面,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。在护理满意度方面,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加强高龄初产妇的心理护理干预,能显著改善产妇产前不良心理状态,降低剖宫产率和产科并发症发生率,而且还能提高产妇对护理工作的满意度,具有临床应用价值。

Objective： To analyze the effect of psychological intervention on psychological state and nursing satisfaction of elderly antenatal primipara.Method： A total of 200 elderly antenatal primipara from March 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected as study objects and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different nursing methods, 100 cases in each group.The control group was taken with routine prenatal care, the observation group was taken with routine prenatal care and strengthened psychological nursing intervention at the same time, nursing intervention effect of two groups were observed and compared.Result：There was no statistically significant in SDS and SAS score of two groups at admission （ P〉0.05 ） . SDS and SAS score of two groups in labor were significantly lower than at admission （ P〈0.05 ）, SDS and SAS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Incidence of cesarean section rate and obstetric complications of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Psychological nursing intervention of elderly antenatal primipara can not only significantly improve the maternal prenatal adverse psychological state, reduce the incidence of cesarean section and obstetric complications, but also improve maternal satisfaction with nursing work, it has the value of clinical application.
