北奔重汽车桥公司主减速器装配线主要用于北奔桥的主减速器及部件的精密装配。装配线有3台测量选垫关键设备,用于齿轮壳总成中主动锥齿轮预紧垫片和主减壳安装距调整垫片的选择。该设备的应用,克服了人工试垫选垫方式效率低下、准确度差的缺点,对提高选垫效率和准确度对提升主减质量具有重要的意义。

The final drive assembly is to assemble the final drive and its parts precisely in North -Benz. There are three e-quipments to test gasket selection, which are used to choose the gaskets. The application of the equipments avoids the dis-advantages of the artificial gasket selection such as poor efficiency and low accuracy so as to improve the quality of finaldrive.
