Abstract： With the fast development of vocational schools, economic activities are increasing gradually, which has the high- er demands for the f＇mancial internal control mechanism. In order to ensure the security of fund and the steady development of vocational school, the staff＇s quality and skills should be improved and the stability and the accuracy of the mechanism also should be enhanced. The article mainly talks about the main contents, the problems and solutions of the financial inter- nal control mechanism in vocational schools.
