摘要
目的通过检测血小板表面髓样细胞触发受体样转录因子-1(Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-like transcript 1,TLT-1)在急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarction,ACI)患者的表达水平,探讨其与急性脑梗死的关系。方法采用流式细胞术(flow cytometry,FCM)检测脑梗死组与对照组髓样细胞触发受体样转录因子-1的表达水平,并进行相关分析。结果脑梗死组髓样细胞触发受体样转录因子-1的表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);且与脑梗死的病情严重程度和病灶大小呈正相关(r=0.656,P<0.01;r=0.593,P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析显示髓样细胞触发受体样转录因子-1是急性脑梗死发病的独立危险因素(OR值=1.155,95%CI 1.105~1.207,P<0.01)。结论髓样细胞触发受体样转录因子-1可能是预测脑梗死的发病风险、评估病情严重程度和预后的生物指标。
Objective To test the level of triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-like transcript 1 in patients with acute cerebral infarction and investigate the possible correlations. Methods The levels of triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-like transcript 1 was detected by flow cytometry in cerebral infarction group and control group. Results The levels of triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-like transcript 1 in cerebral infarction group were dramatically higher than the control group( P〈 0. 05). There were positive correlations among triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-like transcript 1 with the severity of their illness and the size of infarcts( r = 0. 656,P〈 0. 01; r = 0. 593,P〈 0. 01). Logistic analysis showed that triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-like transcript 1 was an independent indicator for the presence of acute cerebral infarction( OR = 1. 155,95% CI 1. 105 - 1. 207,P〈 0. 01). Conclusion Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-like transcript 1 may be used as biological indicators of the incidence,severity,and prognosis of acute cerebral infarction.
