神经精神性狼疮合并桥脑、延髓、颈髓纵向长节段病变1例报告 被引量：1

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE）累及到中枢神经系统时被称为神经精神性狼疮（neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus,NPSLE）或狼疮脑病。NPSLE约有10%累及到脊髓[1],可分为横惯性脊髓炎和纵向性脊髓炎两种类型,累及纵向长节段颈髓的NPSLE近年报道较多,累及延髓的截至目前国内仅有数篇文献报道,
