Leading、Embedding、Coordination:A Study on the Path of Party Construction in Universities in the New Era

高校党建作为全面从严治党的组成部分和实现中国梦的重要动力保障,仍然面临着引领乏力、嵌入不深和协同不畅的困境。这些困境反过来也塑造了新常态下高校党建的目标,即有力引领、全面嵌入和多元协同。在此基础上,未来高校党建主要围绕三个目标进行制度创新和路径建构。

As one of the components of comprehensively strengthen Party discipline as well as an important motivational guarantee for the realization of the Chinese Dream, Party Construction in universities yet faces several dilemmas such as the weakness of leading, the lack of deeply embedding and poor coordination. These dilemmas, in turn, may shape the goals of Party Construction in universities under the New Normal, which are powerful leading, comprehensive embedding and multiplex cooperation. On this basis, Party Construction in universities in the future should mainly revolve round the three goals to promote institutional innovation and path construction.
