摘要
建立了液相萃取法快速测定原油中硫化氢含量的方法,通过优化实验条件,确定加热温度为60℃,载气流速为375mL/min。实验结果表明,该方法对原油中硫化氢含量测定的加标回收率为92%~110%,相对标准偏差为2.13%~3.28%(n=6)。方法操作简单、快速、重复性好,适用于原油中硫化氢含量的直接测定。
It is quite necessary to accurately determine hydrogen sulfide in erude oil,as it would corrode refinery equipment,pol- lute the environment and harm to human bodies.By optimizing experimental conditions ,this work determined the heating tempera- lure to be 60℃,and the flow rate of carrier gas to be 375 mL/min,whieh established a method for rapid determination of hydro- gen sulfide in crude oil with liquid phase extraction.The recoveries and relative standard deviations of hydrogen sulfide in crude oil were in ranges of 92%- 110% and 2. 13%- 3.28% (n = 6) ,respectively.Therefore ,this simple ,rapid arid reproducible method is suggested for direct determination of hydrogen sulfide in crude oil.
