摘要 肌肉衰减综合征（sarcopenia）首次由IrwinRosenberg在1989年提出，用于描述与年龄相关的骨骼肌质量与功能的丧失。经过20余年的不断研究，目前对其流行情况、形成机制、不良影响、诊断标准、治疗及预防措施均有了较深入的了解。
