中国心脏康复的现状与发展思路

Current status and development of rehabilitation of heart in China

笔者认为,中国心脏预防康复的价值体系和实践模式主要体现"12345"几个要点。内容包括:坚持以公众健康和患者利益为中心;医患双方主动有效互动;自我管理健康和慢病的意识、知识和实践;防治康养4S服务体系;药物处方、运动处方、营养处方、心理处方(含睡眠管理)、戒烟限酒处方等五大处方。

The author believes that the value system and practice modal of China＇s heart prevention and rehabilitation mainly reflect the ＂12345＂ points. It＇s include： adhere to the public health and the interests of the patients as the center; doctor-patient active interaction; self management of chronic disease and health awareness, knowledge and practice; prevention health care service system 4S; drug prescription, exercise prescription, nutrition prescription, psychological prescription （including sleep management）, quit alcohol limit prescription five prescription.
