基于循证的中西医结合心脏康复模式实践

The evidence and practice based exploration of cardiac rehabilitation mode with maximized clinical efficacy combining TCM and western medicine

随着国民康复体系的建设被逐渐提高到一个新的高度,心脏康复事业发展的必要性和迫切性深入人心。如何正确的实施中西医结合心脏康复,使我国的心脏康复事业中的中西医结合达到1+1>2的效果?笔者认为,真正的中西医结合心脏康复,是将中医药的有效措施有证据、有目的地融入到整个心脏康复诊疗体系中去,如此才能给病人设计真正的个性化的中西医结合心脏康复处方。文章结合广东省中医院心血管科和中西医结合心脏康复团队的工作实践,探讨在心脏康复中将中医药有机融合进整个体系中的模式,旨在基于实践的循证探索和总结,得到临床效能最大化的中西医结合心脏康复模式,并且在未来可持续推广。

As the construction of national rehabilitation system has been raised onto a new level gradually3 the necessity and urgency of the development of cardiac rehabilitation have been widely recognized by people. How to performance cardiac rehabilitation with the combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and Western Medicine appropriately~ and to achieve the synergistic effect as 1＋1 〉 2 in the cardiac rehabilitation program in our country？ The author considers that the real combination of TCM and Western Medicine in cardiac rehabilitation means to integrate all effective methods of TCM into cardiac rehabilitation system with the guidance of specific evidence and purpose. Only by this means, a real personalized rehabilitation prescription of the combination of TCM and Western Medicine can be designed. In this text, according to the clinical practice of cardiovascular department and the TCM combining Western Medicine cardiac rehabilitation team, we studied and discussed the integration of TCM and the entire cardiac rehabilitation system, in order to gain the maximization of clinical efficacy of TCM combining Western Medicine cardiac rehabilitation mode through practice and evidence based exploration and summarization, and to promote this mode sustainably in the future.
