再生胰腺相关蛋白3β在糖尿病及肥胖方面的研究进展

摘要 再生胰腺相关蛋白(REG)3β是REG3基因家族中的重要成员之一,属C型凝集素相关分泌性蛋白,通过与细菌蛋白聚糖结合发挥作用。REG3β在健康组织中的表达十分有限,但在多种病变组织细胞中高度表达,其在炎症、免疫、增殖及再生等方面亦发挥一定作用。糖尿病和肥胖作为世界性公共卫生问题,在我国的发展态势愈加严峻。REG3β与糖尿病和肥胖的发生发展具有密切联系,其在疾病中的潜在应用价值,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。 Regenerating islet-derived protein (REG) 3β is an important member of the REG3 gene family, which belongs to C type lectin associated secretory protein, playing an important role in the binding of bacterial proteoglycan. The expression of REG3β in healthy tissue is very limited, but it is highly expressed in many kinds of pathological tissue cells, and it also plays a certain role in inflammation, immunity, proliferation and regeneration. Diabetes and obesity, as a world- wide public health problem,is becoming more and more serious in China. REG3β is closely related to the occurrence and development of diabetes and obesity, which shows the potential application value in the disease, and has great theoretical and practical significance.
