高效嗜油菌处理长庆油田采出水试用性研究

摘要 文章研究应用高效嗜油菌处理长庆油田采出水的可行性及对COD、石油类的去除效果。介绍了SBR试验装置概况、试验原理及方法,分析了SBR工艺处理模拟废水的运行效果,及未加入填料载体条件下、加入填料载体条件下SBR工艺处理油田采出水的运行效果,简要分析了所采用高效嗜油菌特性。结果表明:加入高效嗜油菌,SBR工艺处理长庆油田采出水效果较好,石油类去除率均值达到98.2%,COD去除率均值达到95.0%;当进水石油类浓度高于450mg/L的情况下,石油类去除率降低,SBR反应器运行状况不稳定。 This paper studies the feasibility of Changqing Oilfield produced water treatment by using high efficiency oil-degraded microorganism and its removal efficiency of COD and petroleum pollutant through SBR model.The general situation,principle and method of SBR testing apparatus is introduced and the operation effects with and without adding padding carrier from simulation process have been concluded.The character of the high efficiency oil-degraded microorganism is analyzed.The testing results showed the average removal efficiency of petroleum oil reached to 98.2% and the removal efficiency of COD reached to 95.0% when by adding the high efficiency oil-degraded microorganism.Howerver,SBR reactor operated unstably when the petroleum oil concentration was beyond 450mg/L and the removal efficiency of the petroleum oil was low.
