摘要
电解还原水机的难点在于电极板的使用寿命以及要产生稳定优质的电解还原水.笔者采用了韩国现代单片机公司推出的MC96F6432芯片,设计了一种硬件电路,利用钛铂金电极板,通过模糊PID控制,实现一种恒流、变压和极性自动反转电源控制,可防止电极板结垢而影响电解还原水品质,同时延长钛铂金电极板的使用寿命,产生稳定优质的电解还原水.
