论我国校园足球的创新发展

On the Innovation Development of the Campus Soccer in China

校园足球是发展我国足球文化、提高足球水平的一个重要举措,目前已在全国广泛开展,取得了较大成绩,但还存在一些问题.对校园足球发展中存在的问题进行梳理,探寻其创新发展的途径,以促进校园足球事业更加健康、可持续发展.目前我国校园足球开展中主要存在:场地短缺;家庭支持力度小;学生内在动机不足;专业足球师资匮乏;足球精神文化匮乏等问题.要提高我国校园足球建设的有效性,可创新校园足球发展的路径,其策略包括:加强场地建设、获取家庭支持、提高学生兴趣和动机、改善师资条件、着重加强足球精神文化建设等.

The campus soccer is an important way to develop the soccer culture and improve the soccer level in China. At present, it has been spread widely in China. Although some progress has been made, there are still some shortcomings. This article generalized the shortcomings during the development of the campus soccer and discussed the innovation development way in order to prompt the healthy and sustainable development. The result showed that there existed the following shortcoming during the development. The soccer fields are short; the support from families is weak;the intrinsic motivation of the students is inadequate;the professional soccer teachers are scanty;the soccer spirit culture is short. In order to improve the effect of the campus soccer, the development way must be innovated and the main strategies may be included, such as strengthening the construction of soccer fields, getting the families＇support, improving the students＇interest and motivation, bettering the teachers＇quality, enhancing the spirit culture construction of the campus soccer mainly.
