“双创”背景下高职创新创业教育的问题反思与战略选择

Study on Problem Reflection and Strategic Choice of Higher Vocational Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Background of “Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”

在"大众创业、万众创新"的时代背景下,高职创新创业教育是我国建设创新型国家的战略举措,也是推动高等职业教育迈向更高水平内在要求,更是实现高等职业教育目标的必然选择。然而,由于当前我国高职创新创业教育发展由于起步晚,理论研究和实践经验都比较缺乏,存在着多种问题,集中体现在创新创业教育理念较为滞后、师资力量薄弱、课程体系不完善以及评价体系不科学等多方面。基于"双创"时代的发展要求,高职院校应加快推动创新创业教育理念变革,加强创新创业教育的师资队伍建设,建立健全创新创业教育课程体系,打造完善创新创业教育的评价体系,以提升高职创新创业质量和人才培养水平。

The innovation and entrepreneurship education of higher vocational education is the strategic measure of building an innovative country under the background of ＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂, and it is also the requirement of promoting higher vocational education to a higher level and the inevitable choice to realize the goal of higher vocational education. However, due to the current development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China,theoretical research and practical experience are relatively insufficient,there exist many kinds of problems,embodied in the backward idea of innovation and entrepreneurship education,weak teachers,imperfect curriculum system and evaluation system and so on. Based on the development requirements of the ＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂ era,higher vocational colleges should accelerate the concept reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education, strengthen the construction of its teaching team,establish and improve the its system, and improve its evaluation system so as to improve the quality of innovative entrepreneurship and the training level of talents in higher vocational education.
