宣钢4号高炉炉役中后期减少冷却壁损坏生产实践

摘要 针对宣钢4号高炉炉役中后期冷却壁水管频繁烧坏的现象,采取缩小进风面积适当提高鼓风动能、优化布料方式稳定煤气流分布、稳定炉温降低含硅量标准偏差、延长出铁时间减少铁前憋风等措施,达到了大幅减少冷却壁水管损坏且高炉炉况长期稳定顺行、技术经济指标显著改善的目的。 According to phenomena of water pipes of cooling walls burnout frequently in Xuansteel's No. 4 BF at its mid-late campaign,a series of measures are taken,such as shrinking tuyere area to improve the blast kinetic energy,optimizing burden distribution to stabilize gas flow distribution,stabilizing the furnace temperature to lower the standard deviation of the silicon content,ameliorating tapping mode to reduce holding back wind,cooling stave damage are greatly reduced at its mid-late campaign,realized long-term smooth operation are realiaed and obtain improvement of economic indexes.
