摘要
萍钢35t氧气顶吹转炉终点控制期采用添加50~100kg石灰石调节转炉终点的温度,与使用球团矿相比,钢水温度平均下降3.94~7.89℃,从而提高了终渣碱度,降低了钢水氧性,不影响转炉脱磷率。
End-point temperature are adjusted by adding 50~100kg limestone in the 35t BOF at the end point stage in PingGang. The temperature of molten steel decreases 3.94~7.89℃ compare with using pellet,thereby increase the finishing slag basicity,and decrease the oxygen in molten steel with no refection to the dephosphorization rate of converter.
