摘要
通过改进方坯连铸机预热装置管路结构、优化管路材质、合理布置烧嘴位置、改进烧嘴的密封法兰、缩小中间罐盖的浸入孔尺寸,改善了中间罐预热效果,缩短了预热时间,中间罐预热装置满足了生产节奏的要求,同时也减少了能源浪费。
Through improving the preheater pipe structure of the billet concaster,optimizing of pipeline material,reasonable layout burner position,improving burner sealing flange,narrowing immersed hole size of the tundish cover so as to improve the tundish preheating effect and shorten the preheat time. The tundish preheating device meets the requirements of the production rhythm,and reduce the energy lost as well.
