Warranty cost prediction of air conditioning based on operational reliability

在制定空调产品的保修策略时,保修成本的预测应依据产品的使用可靠性而非以往研究中认为的固有可靠性;在对空调产品可靠性影响因素进行分析的基础上,提出了根据可靠性影响因素区域聚类结果确定不同地理区域使用可靠性影响因子,再由固有可靠性和使用可靠性影响因子综合得到空调使用可靠性的方法;构建了基于使用可靠性的空调保修成本预测函数,可更精确地估计实际需要的保修成本,从而指导厂家制定更为合理的保修策略。

In the design of air conditioning warranty strategy,the warranty cost should be based on the operational reliability of the product rather than the inherent reliability considered in the previous study.Based on the analysis of the reliability influencing cases of the product,the method of determining the operational reliability impact factor of different geographic regions was given according to the regional clustering results of reliability influencing indexes,and then operational reliability was obtained by integrating the inherent reliability and the reliability impact factor.The warranty cost prediction function based on the operational reliability was constructed,estimated the actual cost of warranty costs,so as to guide the manufacturers to develop a more reasonable warranty strategy.
