高职院校集成电路制造工艺原理课程的教学探索

摘要 集成电路制造工艺原理是一门涉及知识面广,教学内容信息量大,综合性和实践性都较强的课程.该课程在高职院校教学中普遍面临着教学资源匮乏,师资力量不足,教学模式刻板,实践教学难以开展等问题.为提高该课程的教学质量,从优化教学内容,改革教学方法,强化校企联合开展实践教学,加强师资队伍建设等方面进行改革,有利于激发学生学习的积极性,提升课程教学质量和教学效果. The course of integrated circuit manufacturing process involves a wide range of knowledge, a large amount of information content, strong comprehensive and practical. The course is faced with problems, such as lack of teaching resources, shortage of teachers. Stereotype of teaching mode and difficultly to carry out practice teaching. In order to improve the teaching quality, reform exploration the teaching content, teaching methods, strengthening school enterprise cooperation practice teaching, strengthening the construction of teaching staff and other aspects, to stimulate the enthusiasm of students, improve the teaching quality and teaching effect.
