在"互联网+"时代的今天,无纸办公已成为常态,电子文档代替了传统纸质文档。电子文档未经著作权人的授权,在互联网上大肆传播,严重损害了著作权人的利益,"窃"取了著作权人的劳动成果,挫伤了著作权人创作的积极性。保护著作权人的知识产权势在必行。文章利用VBA技术构建并实现在文档的页面、内容及属性中自动嵌入著作权人的相关信息,从而达到保护文档版权的目的。

Today, in the era of ＂Internet ＋＂,the paperless office has become the norm, the electronic documents are being replaced the traditional paper documents. But the electronic documents spreading on the Internet wan- tonly without authorized has seriously damaged the interests and damped down the enthusiasm of the creation of the copyright owner. So it is imperative to protect intellectual property rights of the copyright owner. In this pa- per, VBA technology is introduced to the use of intellectual property rights of the electronic documents, such as inserting and constructing the relevant information automatically about the copyright owner in the documents page, the content and the attribute, etc. So as to achieve the purpose of copyright protection.
