地方高校在经济新常态和国家实施"大众创业、万众创新"战略的背景下,如何创新人才培养机制,加快转型发展,成为亟需探索的课题。文章以省属地方高校Z大学为例,探讨如何通过优化人才培养方案,开展多种形式的辅助教育与多样化实训项目,全方位提高人才创新创业的能力与质量。

Nowadays, China are in the ＂new normal＂ economy and the Chinese Government encourages people to start their own businesses and make innovations. In this context, how to innovate talent training mechanism, ac- celerate the transition and development, it has become the important task which needs to be solved immediately by local universities and colleges.In the article, we focus on ZUniversity, discuss how to Optimize talent training program, launch the multiform assist education and practical trainings, and thus improve the talents innova- tive and venture capacity and quality.
