肾综合征出血热患者血清视黄醇结合蛋白和胱抑素C水平及其与肾损伤的相关性分析

Levels of serum retinol binding protein and cystatin C in patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome and their correlations with renal damage

目的探讨肾综合征出血热患者血清视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)和胱抑素C(CysC)水平及其与肾损伤的相关性。方法选取肾综合征出血热患者150例作为实验组。选择体检健康者150例作为对照组。对比2组RBP、CysC、尿素及肌酐水平;分析实验组在不同时期RBP、CysC、尿素及肌酐检测阳性率;分析RBP、CysC与尿素及肌酐相关性;分析RBP与CysC单项检测及联合检测的阳性率。结果与对照组相比,实验组在发热期RBP、CysC、尿素及肌酐水平显著升高(P<0.05)。实验组在低血压休克期、少尿期及多尿期4项指标检测阳性率最高。RBP、CysC与尿素及肌酐均呈正相关(r=0.76、0.81、0.89、0.84,P<0.05)。联合检测在不同时期的检测阳性率均显著高于单一检测(P<0.05)。结论RBP、CysC均与尿素及肌酐呈正相关,且联合检测具有较高的诊断符合率。

Objective To explore levels of serum retinol binding protein（ RBP） and cystatin C（ Cys C） in patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome and their correlations with renal damage. Methods A total of 150 patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome were selected as experimental group and 150 healthy people were selected as control group. The levels of RBP,Cys C,urea and creatinine were compared between the two groups. The positive rates of RBP,Cys C,urea and creatinine in the experimental group were analyzed. Correlations between RBP,Cys C and urea,creatinine were analyzed. Positive rates of RBP and Cys C single detection and joint detection were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group,the levels of RBP,Cys C,urea and creatinine were significantly higher in fever phase in the experimental group（ P〈0. 05）. The positive detection rates of RBP,Cys C,urea and creatinine were the highest in hypotension shock stage,oliguria stage and polyuria stage in the experimental group. RBP and Cys C were positively correlated with urea and creatinine（ r = 0. 76,0. 81,0. 89,0. 84,P〈0. 05）. The positive rate of joint detection in different stages were significantly higher than that of single detection（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion RBP and Cys C are positively correlated with urea and creatinine,and the combined detection has a high diagnostic coincidence rate.
