摘要
目的探讨注射对比剂后不同延迟时间对疑似宫颈癌患者检查结果的影响。方法选取疑似宫颈癌患者120例,采用数字随机表法分为20s组、70s组、90s组、120s组。4组患者均注射非离子造影剂碘海醇(300mgl/mL)90mL,注射速度2mL/s。4组患者分别于开始注药后20s、70s、90s、120s启动扫描,每组扫描240s。比较4组患者的动脉显影率、静脉显影率,根据手术病理诊断结果计算4组患者子宫颈癌检出阳性率、检出子宫颈癌的分期准确率、癌肿淋巴结转移准确率。结果结果显示,延迟时间越长,静脉显影率越高,动脉显影率越低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4组患者宫颈癌阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),4组检出宫颈癌患者的分期准确率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4组检出宫颈癌患者淋巴转移的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论注射对比剂后不同延迟时间对宫颈癌的检出结果有一定的影响。
Objective To investigate the effects of different delay time on examination results of patients with suspected cervical cancer after injection of contrast agents. Methods A total of120 patients with suspected cervical cancer were selected and randomly divided into 20 s group,70 s group,90 s group and 120 s four groups. Patients in four groups were injected with non-ionic contrast agent iohexol( 300 mgl/m L) 90 m L,and the injection rate was 2 m L/s. Patients in four groups started the scanning at 20 s,70 s,90 s and 120 s after injection,and each group was scanned for 240 s.Arterial developing rate,venous developing rate,the positive rate of detection for cervical cancer,accuracy rate of stage for cervical cancer,and accuracy rate of tumor lymph node metastasis were compared between four groups. Results The results showed that the longer the delay time was,the higher the rate of venous developing was and the lower the rate of arterial developing was,and there were significant differences between the four groups( P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference in the positive rate of cervical cancer between the four groups( P〉0. 05). There was significant difference in accuracy rate of stage for cervical cancer between four groups( P〈0. 05),and there was no significant difference in accuracy rate of tumor lymph node metastasis between four groups( P〉0. 05).Conclusion Different delay time has affect the results of patients with suspected cervical cancer after injection of contrast agents.
