摘要
数字化变电站的快速发展对保护设备的逻辑功能测试提出了新的挑战。传统的数字化保护设备逻辑功能现场测试主要采用基于题库式的保护设备检测系统及继电保护测试仪,但该测试方法存在测试案例不足问题,无法对保护进行全面测试。为此,介绍了一种基于RTDS线路保护逻辑功能测试方法,以搭建的仿真平台为基础,测试了不同故障情况下保护的动作特性。首先介绍GTNET板卡的应用,然后详细阐述了测试系统建模方法,以实际算例就所提方法进行了阐述,仿真结果表明,各种故障类型下保护均能正确动作。该方法对保护设备便携式IED检测系统的题库制作提供了一种有效的解决方案,对工程应用具有较强的指导价值。
The rapid development of digital substation brings new challenge to the logical function test of protection device. Thequestion bank type based protection device test system and relay protection test device are mainly used in traditional logical functionfield test of digital protection device. But the test method which has the problem of lack of test cases cannot perform thorough test toprotection. For that reason, a RTDS based line protection logic function test method is introduced, and is used to test actioncharacteristics of protection under different fault cases based on the simulation platform built. Firstly, the application of GTNETinterface card is introduced, then the modeling method of test system is described in detail and the proposed method is introduced withpractical examples. Simulation results show that the protection can act correctly in all fault types. The method provides an effectivesolution for the question bank making of portable IED test system for protection device, which has stronger guiding value for projectapplication.
