摘要 针对超临界机组频繁启停过程中能耗偏高和NO_x排放超标的问题,对机组启停过程的节能优化对策和减排对策进行了探讨。提出了降低机组启停过程能耗、加快机组启动速度等节能减排措施。运行效果表明,优化后机组启停能耗降低,启动速度加快,并大幅减少了NO_x排放浓度。 Aiming at problems of higher energy consumption and over-standard of NOx emission during frequent startup andshutdown process of supercritical unit, energy saving strategy and emission reduction strategy during unit startup and shutdown processare discussed. Energy saving and emission reduction measures are proposed including reducing energy consumption during unit startupand shutdown process and accelerating unit startup speed and so on. Operation effects show that after the optimization the energyconsumption of the unit startup and shutdown is reduced and the startup speed is accelerated and the NO~ emission concentration isgreatly reduced.
